Basic Intensive

The Basic Intensive introduces the core principles of Choice Theory® and Reality Therapy®, offering a clear and practical understanding of human behaviour, motivation, and relationships. Participants explore concepts such as basic needs, quality world, total behaviour, and internal control psychology.
You leave with language and tools you can use immediately to understand your needs, improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen relationships in both personal and professional settings.
The Glasser Basic Intensive is the entry-level training programme.
It provides:
- A foundational understanding of Choice Theory®, Reality Therapy®, and Lead-Management
- Practical learning through role-play, discussions, and experiential exercises
- An introduction to applying concepts in personal and professional contexts
There are no formal educational prerequisites to attend.
