Participants explore concepts such as basic needs\, quality world\, total behaviour\, and internal control psychology. \nYou leave with language and tools you can use immediately to understand your needs\, improve communication\, reduce conflict\, and strengthen relationships in both personal and professional settings. \n\nThe Glasser Basic Intensive is the entry-level training programme. \nIt provides: \n\nA foundational understanding of Choice Theory®\, Reality Therapy®\, and Lead-Management\nPractical learning through role-play\, discussions\, and experiential exercises\nAn introduction to applying concepts in personal and professional contexts\n\nThere are no formal educational prerequisites to attend. \n\nInstructors\nSenior Faculty: Jean Seville Suffield\, DNM.\, and Nancy D.
